Only in Colorado?

Pat and I was wondering Old Town Ft Collins
Today to enjoy the Earth Day festivities.

Only here would a person find Ice Cream shaped 
cookies for their favorite k-9
Munch on Hawaiian Shaved Ice
and
Watch Bike Polo
